The star of Joker fame, who was simultaneously praised and criticized for being a voice for white incels has every right to be concerned about diversity. You cant be what you cant see, and still seeing white people on screen means minorities will never live in a peaceful world without lousy white people. Maybe if he had painted his face black in joker instead of white so many incels would not have identified with the character.
